Adzensei provides high-quality digital services including branding, website development, and marketing. As our services are digital, no physical shipping is required unless stated otherwise.
- Turnaround Time: Most tasks are delivered within 3–10 business days.
- Urgent Requests: May incur additional charges based on availability.
- File Delivery: Via email, Google Drive, or WeTransfer in agreed-upon formats (JPG, PDF, MP4, etc.).
2. Revisions Policy
We offer up to 1 free revisions for some specific services. Additional revisions may be charged. Revision requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds: Not offered after work has begun. Partial refunds may be considered if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of payment.
- Monthly Services: Cancellations must be made 15 days before the next billing cycle.
4. Communication Channels
